I will be at the Madison show this year, we(the fam) have booked rooms for Fri-Sun. I am going to enter my 09 bow buck in the trophy contest,I know a mid 160's buck will probably not win but it will be fun.

Hey Jeff,
It looks like the Madison event is April 9-11. We will be done working on the show. If any of the teams or any one from this site would like to go, let's do it. Sounds like they have some great seminars and vendors this year. Anyone interested? I'm sure we can find a van/bus carpool situation that will work depending on who wants to go.

We had talked about shows this year but there just wasnt the time for it this year. Next year I think we will be at a few shows. Which ones we dont know yet but it has been talked about. Just for the fans that are wondering. Joey can go into more detail when he gets a chance.

As far as Im concerned the Eau Claire show has been washed up for the 3-5 years. I have not attended that show for at least three years now. I attended the Eau Claire show yearly until three years ago. This year me and a group of friends are heading down to the Iowa Deer Classic which is much bigger and way better. Last year was the first year I attended the Minnesota Deer Classic also. The Minnesota Deer Classic is a great show for the size. Lots of exhibitors and product to look at.

I know what you mean about the exhibitors or lack there of Aaron, they don't even post a exhibitor list for this show on their website anymore. I believe they do this so you won't look at the list and see how few will be there and not go.

I agree with you Bob in saying that the Eau Claire classic has went down hill ther last two years! However is there such a thing as publicity? I went to the Eau Claire classic on Saturday around 11 o'clock and it was packed with people, as far as the actual classic itself, I am still trying to figure why I paid ten dollars to get into the joint. Its surpring to me the steady decline of this show, I mean as far as I know its the closest to buffalo county and thats all the rage right now! Where are all the quality exhibitors?

I missed the Eau Claire classic this year, but I am planning on going to the Deer and Turkey expo this year, I have heard good things about it, Trav.
